About us

My husband and I have lived in Portugal ( Western Algarve) since 1990. In 2003 we have moved to the middle of a protected nature area surroanded by eucalyptus- and cork trees, situated 15 km north of the town of Lagos. Our property is 23 hectares of which 1 hectare is fenced as an enclosure for our dogs. The Setters live in a pack, not in kennels but in spacious and comfortable accommadation, purpose built for them. Of course bitches in season and puppies are kept separately. Although they have a big run, long walks in the surroanding nature area are part of our daily routine.
